Visual Studio IDE 不能顯示 project 屬性的解決辦法

具體問題為：
* 在 Solution Explorer 中選中 project 再點<Properties>按鈕無反應。
* 雙擊“My Project”則提示“There is no editor available for ‘*.vbproj’. Make sure the application for the file type (.vbproj) is installed.”。
解決辦法：
Step 1： 從開始菜單執行“Visual Studio 2008 Command Prompt”。
Step 2： 輸入“devenv /resetskippkgs”并回車即可。
注：筆者所用 IDE 為 Visual Studio 2008。
